Kansas City, MO - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced its selections for the 2007 NAIA Women's Soccer All-American teams, as selected by the NAIA Women's Soccer All-American Selection Committee.
Sophomore Amy Korzelius was selected NAIA Honorable Mention All-American after a standout season as a center defender and being selected 1st Team All-Region I.
Korzelius helped the T-Bird soccer team to a program best 8-7-3 record and a first ever berth in the CCC playoffs.
"It's a well deserved award for Amy," said coach Justin Bigelow. "She has been a huge part of our building process, and others have noticed what she means to our team. Her quality as a student and an athlete speaks for itself."
