Caoch Alfers has worked as a coach for over 8 years and holds a NSCAA Regional Goalkeepers License and a USSF "E" license. He earned a bachelors degree from Barry University and is studying at Marylhurst University for a Masters in Business Administration. When not coaching Mike enjoys, rock climbing, fishing, playing indoor soccer and spending time with his family. Mike and Teresa Alfers have a fifteen month old son; Perkins and are expecting another boy in June of 2008.

Anthony Trejo begins his first year at Cascade as a coach after a successful two year stint as starting goalkeeper for the Thunderbirds. Anthony holds a USSF "D" coaching endorsement and a regional NSCAA goalkeeper licence. He also coaches with Clackamas United club team, and trains goalkeepers with Next Level Training.

Coach Trejo enjoys wakeboarding and camping in his spare time, and is currently completing his bachelor's degree at Portland State University in criminal justice.
